According to Template Monster there were 159,857 job positions posted on job sites looking for web developers. However according to NPR about 70% to 80% of job postings are not posted so the figure is a low estimate.
With the job market of web developers projected to grow 13% within the next 10 years the demand for web developers will only grow.
